Description
The RTC6603 is a GaAs PHEMT SPDT antenna switch operating in 0.1-3GHz frequency range. The RTC6603 features low insertion loss, high isolation and positive voltage operation with low power consumption. The switch is ideal to be applied in wireless application for WLAN, Bluetooth® and IEEE 802.11b/g transmit / receive function.
