DESCRIPTION
The RTC6612 is a 3X2 switch matrix module operating in 2.4 – 2.5GHz frequency range. The module consists of DPDT switch, SPDT switch and a decoder which enables switching between ANT0 / ANT1 and TX / RX / BT RF ports by just two control pins. The circuit performs low insertion loss 0.7 dB at DPDT path, 1.0dB at DPDT+SPDT path, and 20 to 40 dB high isolation between RF ports.
The highly integrated switch module not only reduce board size but also the manufacturing cost. The features of low loss, high isolation, high linearity and compact package size make it ideal to be applied in wireless application for WLAN, Bluetooth® systems operated in the 2.4 – 2.5 GHz.
