DESCRIPTION
The RTC6618 is a wide band low noise amplifier to operate between 5GHz to 5.9GHz. Typically, it delivers 12dB gain while giving low noise figure 1.2dB at 802.11a frequency band. The high linearity of 2dBm IP1dB and low noise figure makes it ideal to be the 1st stage of LNA for 802.11a application. All the input and output ports are internally matched to 50Ω, no external RF matching component is required. The device is also capable of shutdown mode to save power when receiver is inactive. The device is packaged in a tiny 6L QFN 1.5x1.5x0.9mm.
