Multi-chip PLL receiver device in a SO20 package, specifically developed for low-cost RF ASK or FSK data transmission systems with data rates from 1 kBaud to 10 kBaud (1 kBaud to 3.2 kBaud for FSK) in Manchester or Bi-phase code. Works with the Atmel PLL RF transmitter IC U2741B. The frequency receiving range is 300MHz to 450MHz with a supply voltage 4.5V to 5.5V and temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. Main wireless control applications include telemetering, security technology, tire-pressure monitoring (TPM) and keyless-entry systems.
