DESCRIPTION
The RTC5652 is a high linearity power amplifier designed for WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/ UMTS/PCS/DCS femtocell operating in 1930 ~ 1990MHz frequency range. The device is manufactured based on advanced InGaP/GaAs HBT (Hetero-junction Bipolar Transistor) process to deliver stable & excellent RF performance. The amplifier consists of 3 gain stages with inter-stage matching, build-in input matching network. The RTC5652 is packaged in a very compact industry-standard 16-lead surface mount package QFN 4mm X 4 mm with lead-free RoHS compliant.
