DESCRIPTION
The RTC5655M is a high linearity power amplifier designed for CDMA/WCDMA/ TD-SCDMA/LTE transmitter, repeater, femtocell base station operating in 800~900MHz frequency range. The device is manufactured based on advanced InGaP/GaAs HBT (Hetero-junction Bipolar Transistor) process to deliver stable & excellent RF performance. The amplifier consists of 2 gain stages with inter-stage matching, build-in input matching network. The device is packaged in a very compact industry-standard 16-lead surface mount package QFN 3mm X 3 mm with lead-free RoHS compliant.
